About the Task Force How to Help

A Coordinated Response to Homelessness in Oceanside

The Oceanside Homeless Task Force brings together organizations, advocates, and community members working to understand and respond to homelessness and housing instability across the Oceanside region.

Full introduction coming soon — a plain-language overview of the Task Force, who it represents, and how it operates.

Our Mission

To coordinate a dignified, effective, and transparent community response to homelessness — identifying service gaps, strengthening collaboration, and moving practical solutions forward.

Our Background

A short history of how the Task Force was formed, the local service gaps that prompted it, and the community need for a coordinated response in Oceanside.

Bringing the Right People to the Same Table

The Task Force convenes service providers, community members, municipal partners, health and housing organizations, outreach workers, and people with lived and living experience of homelessness.

Together we identify gaps, share information across sectors, and move practical solutions forward — with a commitment to public transparency and community accountability.

This section will expand to describe working groups, partner organizations, and how the Task Force operates on the ground in Oceanside.
